How it works
This is a beta of a full-corpus DataStax docs assistant. Your message goes to a
Cloudflare Pages Function on this site, which proxies to a Cloudflare Worker
(astra-router). The Worker first uses a small Workers AI model to decide which of the
26 product doc folders are relevant, then queries
Cloudflare AI Search with that folder filter — so retrieval is scoped to the right
product before the answer is generated. The badge above each answer shows what it searched.
Answers are grounded in the official documentation only, with source links.
This experiment has been superseded. The current tool is the agentic DataStax Docs Agent → This page is v2, kept live only for comparison, as is the original v1 — Astra DB Docs Chat, plain RAG over the Astra-DB-only docs.
